It would be great to be able to generate an invoice in foreign currency.

The lists are usually requested by clients for their own records. The list of past and future appointments provided by Coreplus includes "Notes". Quite often there is information in "Notes" that the practitioner does not want the client to see. It would be very helpful if such lists DID NOT include "Notes". Is this possible?

It would be helpful if invoices could be generated and sent on a specified date and time (i.e., send by email but delay until date and time determined by sender). At present, invoices are sent manually the day of the appointment. If admin could generate an invoice the day before and delay an automatic send until the next morning (of a scheduled appointment), it would save admin some time and clients scrambling to find invoices to pay immediately prior to their consultation. Note: some invoices via email are not delivered until after scheduled appointments.

To automatically email invoices weekly that have not be paid.

Currently when you edit the client notes on the wait list and press save the wait list gets refreshed and takes it back to the start. Are you able to prevent this refreshing so that when a note is edited it takes you back to the same page you were on prior to editing the note. For example, we are constantly calling clients from the wait list and it is really annoying to have to go back through the list with 10+ pages to find where you were up to. Thanks so much!

I work from my calendar and in a busy day I have to go back and click through to the client file to see if my notes are finished. It would be great for there to be an icon to show that the clinical notes have been saved or drafted so I can quickly review from the calendar.

Any chance the launch telehealth button could be moved - I keep hitting it when adding to notes

Allowing the restriction of booking types on the client portal.

Printed & Emailed Appointment Lists (Print Appointments) - Please include the "day" of the appointment with the "date" of clients' appointments, eg. Monday 14/10/2024 at 8.00am. The Upcoming Appointment list displays the "day" however when this list is printed or emailed to a client, only the date is displayed on this very important list. Also, when emailing an Appointment List to a client's parent, it would be of great benefit to be able to cc in another email address (as done when emailing a client's invoice), eg. mother's email address, father's email address, or even the age appropriate teenaged client, etc. At present, when required to email an Appointment List to separate parents (for a child client), it has to be done indivdually by going through Details/Referrers each time to change each email address, which of course, can take valuable time out of our service to the client(s).

Can you please freeze the top row with the clinicians names so that when you scroll down the page it remains in view. Not having this feature has caused errors to occur. Also can there be an option to choose the order of clinician columns across the page e.g. grouping all clinicians from each modality side by side.
