Copy-pasting text that is in a rich text format (e.g. Markdown Extra) from an external application into the Case Notes text editor is not formatted/re-formatted according to the source's rich text formatting, including when the Case Notes text editor has its own corresponding formatting options. For example, pasting a Markdown-Extra-formatted table into the Case Notes text editor displays as plain-text as-per below example. Include support for the Markdown file type (.md extension) in client files. Markdown is a rich text format without any encoding but currently cannot be uploaded to client files without manually changing the file extension to .txt beforehand.

A drop down that has an area where patient history can be documented as the "Illness, Injury and charts" is more relevant to use for current problems

Please consider implementing a login/account system that would allow clients to save details so they can book even more easily each time. It would also be great if the title of the calendar item (when you click on the app add to calendar option) was more specific: something like “Named PROVIDER appointment” (instead of the current “appointment confirmation”).

It would save time to be able to edit a single appointment and make it recurring, instead of having to commence a new series or delete the single appointment and reenter.

it would be great if you could have multiple clients open rather than having to go in and out, re-search etc. Even being able to have a separate tab open for each clinician and have their weekly schedule open would make the world of difference.

A minor issue is that the questionnaire template does not support Rich Text at the top (most scales have a particular heading with instructions and these need to be replicated as closely as possible [including bold, italics, underlying, paragraphs], otherwise the score on the paper questionnaire and electronic questionnaire may diverge. Importantly many scales do not have the name of the scale in the title so what the scale is called and the text at the top are independent. A few scales have text between some items for example the first few items might refer to the last 30 days and the remaining questions to the last 7 days.

You should be able to type in the first three letters of the clients first and last name and have clients that have those in first letters of both first and surnames be suggestions at the top. This is a standard way all clinical practices deidentify clients, that should be a standard search option. Please address asap.
