Online Booking report
It would be great to automatically export online bookings into an excel spreadsheet at time of booking, or have a report that lets me see which appts were booked through this portal alone.
For the appointment limiter, in the calendar appointment view, can it only count the number of sessions used on the current referral (up until today’s date), not counting any future appointments? Can there be a little icon on the front of the calendar appointment to show number of sessions used on limiter as of that date (rather than clicking into each appointment to see how many sessions have been used on the referral)? Can there be a warning message in the client file view that there are no more appointments left on current referral?
Print/email appointment times hide notes
This feature is very useful. Can we please have an option to turn off notes when we email them. Sometimes we don't want clients receiving the notes.
Finding existing clients through mobile
Finding exiting clients through their mobile phone number would be a handy backup when name doesn't come up when they leave a message and you can't hear them properly
Make SMS HISTORY and responding via SMS more prominent
I'd like to quickly access the the full SMS history to see what CorePlus is sending out and who has responded. There is a static history list currently buried under the "Send SMS" menu item within another button click... which seems non-intuitive. That list is also non-interactive i.e. I cannot quickly reply or follow-up directly from that list per patient. SMS HISTORY probably deserves its own direct access from the main menu e.g. "View SMS History"... with appropriate call to action buttons to send manual follow-ups or replies to each patient. Similarly: from a Client File there is no way to see the SMS History of comms to that patient. from the Calendar, I can click "View SMS" on a booking to see the sequence of SMS communications with that patient... but I can't respond from there. I have to go back to the calendar booking entry and click "Send Manual SMS" to respond but then I lose the context of the previous SMS messages. This all seems like the main features are in place... but the User Experience and UI is clunky for effectively using SMS to communicate with patients.
Can we add additional fields eg Urgent/Referrer. Also can you filter the list by clinician.
View School Holiday periods in the calendar
It would be extremely helpful to be able to make the school holidays visible in the Calendar, e.g. the affected days shaded in a light colour, so that when making a next appointment for a client, we can immediately draw their attention to the fact that the appointment is in the school holidays. This would help avert unnecessary cancellations.
Having the option to make Case Notes private
Having the option to protect confidential client notes from general viewing or perhaps to select who can view case notes (e.g. through "Case Manager", "Client Group", "Site" and "Case Status"). This will make it much easier to ensure client confidentiality and privacy for clients accessing a single service from a multidisciplinary team. How to make it work / look: Possibly a check box in the 'Case Note' screen to 'make note private' (e.g. can only be seen by the specific practitioner, team, group, site) or a check box on the client home screen which identifies who is able to access and edit each file. Thanks
