It is useful for us to see at a glance of the calendar if there is anything important that we need to know about our client . eg violent, nut allergies, loud, hostile

We often get requests from solicitors to provide copies of all clinical notes and files. It would be great if we could select multiple files to download rather than having to individually download each file separately. it would be even better if we could select the files we need and for Coreplus to collate them into one document (PDF) - like we can do for the clinical notes section.

Having the ability to select multiple files and change simple functions like "Case Manager", "Client Group", "Site" and "Case Status" will make it much easier to sort through the client files. We have a team of close to 100 physios in the field with new clients being added and older clients who are no longer seen and the management / sorting and archiving of the 4,000+ files that we have is very difficult to do individually. A batch edit function will simplify this for: Each individual physio to manage their own case load of clients The admin staff who manage the clients "back of house" on behalf of the physios The Quality Control and Audit team who regularly review client files against company standards. How to make it work / look: A simple check box next to each client file in the client list would work well and then an "Edit" (or similar) button that provides a pop up box with the editable options would be ideal. In the clinical section a place to put allergies and alerts would be very helpful. Also a little flag that appears on the appointment in the calendar and the day summary would be excellent. At present the only place to put this information is in reminders which is more an administrative function than a clinical one.

When a client has important information that needs to be known by everyone (custody court orders, allergies, medical conditions, no consent for photography) we would like somewhere to store this information in a prominent, obvious place. We currently use reminder pop ups for this but these can be easily dismissed and then the information is not coming up when you open the file.

Hello, Sometimes we have to download all the patient's files. It is a tedious job if there are many files. It would be great if we can chose (checkbox) which files we want to download and download them as a ZIP archive.

Copy-pasting text that is in a rich text format (e.g. Markdown Extra) from an external application into the Case Notes text editor is not formatted/re-formatted according to the source's rich text formatting, including when the Case Notes text editor has its own corresponding formatting options. For example, pasting a Markdown-Extra-formatted table into the Case Notes text editor displays as plain-text as-per below example.
