When booking in a patient beyond their referral validity period, a pop-up will appear reminding that they need to obtain a new referral before attending.

I am looking to have the treaters details update across multiple client files when a single change is being made to a treaters profile. ie. when I update a treater's phone number this then updates the the treater details that are already on a client's file.

Hi guys, can we get a template done up for Auto SMS reminders to clients that their referral is about to expire? Please? :)

We need more lines to enter details to get more information from clients as part of the online booking process. Particularly for us around finding out what location their referral has come from. Please is this possible?

Besides the generic email template when sending a letter or invoice, it would be great to have a range of email templates,

It would save a lot of double handling if we could scan directly from our scanner into Coreplus - so referrals from doctors, new patient forms

When a clinician does a GP letter, they can select the template and their practitioner name so the letter auto populates - but then they need to save it, then email it seperatly. There should be a button that says 'send now' straight to the GP to stop the additional steps

In outlook or Gmail, we can create our email signatures to look very professional and include links to our social media or website. The Coreplus signature is very basic and so sending emails through the system, which would be convenient, isn't the most professional option.

Need to have a two-way calendar between Outlook and Coreplus calendars. We're a big business and the admin and executive team use 365 for internal/business meetings. Clinicians need to use the Coreplus calendar for their clients but then also need to attend some of the organization meetings. So we all have to use the clunky Coreplus calendar to avoid clinicians having to overcomplicate their lives and use two calendars. Coreplus pushes appointments to Outlook but outlook can't do the same. So this makes that feature redundant. Need to make sure they talk in a two-way fashion like most CRMs can.

Need a feature so you can create a user group so that you can click one button and multiple clinician calendars will be shown. This way, rather than having to select 13 different clinicians every day just to see the bookings, we can click one button that says "Monday clinicians" and it populates with all of them.
