Allow for Service Types, Sites etc to be Inactive
Currently deleting or removing sites, service types or appointment types remove them from all historical invoices, and you can no longer run reports on them. We currently have around 150 sites and are adding 60 more. We wish to remove a large amount of the previous sites as they will no longer be valid, however we aren't able to for the above reasons. Having the ability to either delete these sites but keep them stored on historical invoices, or to hide them from user view or make them inactive would be of huge benefit.
Appointment limit Reports
We currently set appointment limits in the calendar to assist in limiting appointments booked to what is agreed in a Service Agreement/Referral. We would like to be able to generate reports from Core Plus showing appointment limit information for Clients. In particular we would like to be able to run a report to see the number of appointments left for out clients per Service Agreement/referrer.
Hi there, when you reply to a client sms in Notification, NOTIFICATION HISTORY (pop-up), the conversation doesn't appear in admin notes. You have to go into overview, send sms to reply so there is a record in admin notes.
Add alert for future appointments being booked beyond the expiration date of the referral
The customer wants to be alerted when booking a future appointment that's beyond the expiration date of the referral. And he also wants an alert for when the expiration date is nearing it's end.
Accounts Administrator calendar access
Currently all 12 Practitioners need to allocate access to Account Admin users to edit their calendar appointments. We have had so much turnover and change with reception staff the past few months and this is unmanageable. Calendar permission should be managed centrally by the Supervisor from the Permission screen. It is clunky and time consuming and frankly unmanageable within such a large practice. To work around this and have better work flow I have to allocate Supervisor access to reception staff so they can by default have full access to every Practitioner's calendar. It isn't ideal granting full Supervisor access to reception staff as a work around.
Please allow use of HICAPS PMS system. This would make claiming through private health insurance quicker and cleaner.
Buffer/Travel Time Option for Appointment Types
It would be very useful for appointment types such as home/community visits for there to be an option of adding "buffer" time on either side of an appointment type to account for travel time
It would be great to be able to add multiple Lawyers as I often have to sent documents to multiple people in a firm.
Lock the time length of appointmetn duration
User is finding that practitioners are extending the time duration of appointments from 30 minutes to 1 hour. They can only invoice for 30 minutes. They would like to lock the appointment duration so that it can't be changed.
