Hi, I would love to be able to write an email in another program and then CC it to my Coreplus account rather than having to copy and paste each clinically related email into the clients progress notes.

It would be great if there was a flag if it isn't safe to call, send SMS or leave a message on clients phone in case of domestic violence. Maybe a warning next to their number or something easily seen for admin

We have been looking at trying to use the SMS reminder function but the sms dispatch times of 2 hours being earliest makes it unusable for us. Most medical practices remind patients days to one week prior to appointment, so patients can have time to prepare for any test reports prior to returning for appointment. Reminding patients just minutes or hours prior to appointment is not feasible. This function should not be compared to the task reminder apps we have on our phones. Please consider ability to adjust reminder times (e.g. 1-10 days before appointment) would make this function actually usable for a medical practice. Furthermore multi-lingual support would also be welcome.

I’ve noticed an inconsistency in how contacts are displayed when sending communications from a client's file. SMS: When sending an SMS, the contact list displays all of my contacts, regardless of whether they are linked to the specific client. Email: When sending an email, only contacts that are linked to the specific client appear in the contact list. Could you please adjust the SMS feature so that it functions like the email feature? Specifically, I would like the SMS contact list to only show contacts linked to the client whose file I'm currently working on.

If a practitioner is unwell and unable to attend for a particular day or date range, would it be possible to select a practitioner and the date range to send out auto texts to the booked clients for those dates, advising of the practitioner absence and the need to reschedule their appointment?

Is it possible to send a code to an email instead of a mobile for two Factor Authentication?

Hi, We have several situations where we need to send an auto SMS to more than one client. It could be a situation involving couples counselling - where both attendees need an individual SMS (particularly in cases of estrangement) or it could be a need to send an SMS to an adolescent and their parent as a reminder for both? It would be really helpful if we could nominate more than one recipient of the auto SMS...

Currently we can only send 1 appointment reminder SMS. If we don't receive a response then we need to initiate a manual SMS or ring the patient instead. This is not time efficient.

Being able to add additional SMS template such as covid safe SMS, directions, etc.
