Integrate with ADF for billing

Please allow use of HICAPS PMS system. This would make claiming through private health insurance quicker and cleaner.

We currently use Medicare Easyclaim through a HICAPS machine as this makes medicare rebates immediately to clients. Coreplus online Medicare claiming takes 24-72 hours to rebate the amount for clients and often has errors. Full Tyro integration with Medicare Easyclaim would be of huge benefit and a massive time saver. A number of our clients often cannot wait for days for rebates to occur. We love our Tyro machine for everything else, but not having this feature is a huge drawback. Several other practice softwares are already offering this integration (such as Best Practice).

Email a copy of the paid invoice from Coreplus to clients when they have paid via Pin Payments. Regularly clients will request an invoice showing payment has been made so they can claim via Private Health or other providers. When paying through Pin Payments either manually or automatically we have to manually go in and email the invoice which is often forgotten, it would be a lot easier if Coreplus automatically emails the invoice once payment has been applied.

The link that is sent to a client to join a telehealth call is quite long and causes additional costs for sending it via SMS

Set a Medicare item/EPC limit, so that it is not possible for a submission to Medicare to be made without a new care plan. This will stop a lot of amendments needing to be made!

Hello, as you are aware telemedicine and internet assisted consults are common since the changes of covid. Could you please E SCRIPTING as an add on to coreplus. E scripts are industry staNDARD NOW IN PHARMACY AND MEDICINE. It is a good idea toi implement E scripts to keep up with the times and clinical practice. Thanks Dr John Teh

It would be good for clients enter a wait room for Telehealth by Coreplus appts (where the practitioner can then enable them to enter), rather than just appear on the screen.
