Create a field for #First appointment date#

Amend the #Client Pronoun# to be #Subjective Pronoun# and Create a #Possessive Adjective# field in the letter writing fields

Please add recipient fax number to list of fields under generate letter. This would be useful when creating a letter for someone other than referring GP (e.g. another treating specialist).

e.g. Mr / Mrs Last name has now completed HIS / HER initial assessment...Would be nice to have this included in the insert information tab.

There is something seriously wrong with the letters feature, we have always struggled to get our letters to be lined up properly, have the margins looking normal and the page break seems to be in awkward places. It's very clunky and needs some work.

It'd be very useful to be able to insert a table of the last x number of appointments that a client has attended. For instance, for GP letter at 6 sessions, could insert the last 6 attended sessions automatically (leaving out cancellations or no shows)

Add #preferredname# as a merge field in letters please? We have pronouns & also #preferredname# available in sms which is great, but we fall down in the letter merge. It is incredibly important to our transgender clients that we use their preferred name and it can be incredibly triggering if we don't. Help us get this right!

Please enable customised letter sign-offs (to include endorsements/addresses/work hours etc.) in letter templates

With the current formatting, when printing the letter, the bottom margin is very large thus, the footer is very high which does not look professional. It'd be great to be able to have the letter formatted in A4 size so that it doesn't have such a large bottom margin.

Dear coreplus, Being able to default the case note font to the same font as the letter writer, would make our workflow more efficient, as it would prevent practitioners from having to adjust font sizes manually. Thank you!
