Hello. It would be helpful if there was an option to create a cancellation list for each day, for clients who are waiting for an opening on a specific day. Thank you

Given that the new layout is being implemented permanently soon, is it possible to make the invoicing 'ticks' against claendar appointments a green colour? It would be easier at a glance to differentiate from the appointment font, which is also black.

Currently we are entering non-billable appointments into the calendar as notes for our psychologists such as "Break", "No more", "Late start" etc, but this affects the reports and totals for appointments (e,g the appointment totals on the dashboard). It would be great to have an option/ category for an appointment to be a "note" so that it doesn't get counted as an appointment .

It would save time to be able to edit a single appointment and make it recurring, instead of having to commence a new series or delete the single appointment and reenter.

When you book an appointment from the waitlist it would be nice to have the feature include them being deleted once booked.

Can you please freeze the top row with the clinicians names so that when you scroll down the page it remains in view. Not having this feature has caused errors to occur. Also can there be an option to choose the order of clinician columns across the page e.g. grouping all clinicians from each modality side by side.

It is useful for us to see at a glance of the calendar if there is anything important that we need to know about our client . eg violent, nut allergies, loud, hostile

It would be great to be able to copy a recurring appointment to another diary. Currently you can only copy one in the series so you need to create a new appointment and series in the second diary. Being able to copy the series would save so much time.

It would be very helpful to be able to add a recurring meeting (e.g. monthly staff meeting) to all clinician diaries easily. Currently we have 16 clinicians and I have to copy the monthly meeting into every diary, every month - that is nearly 200 appointments!

This is a MUST. As I am a mobile podiatrist and I need to see the apt. notes e.g. ADDRESS AND PH NUMBER in the apt. screen to be seen at a glance for EVERY client. Having to enter this information for EVERY apt. is a HUGE time waste.
