Currently we can only send 1 appointment reminder SMS. If we don't receive a response then we need to initiate a manual SMS or ring the patient instead. This is not time efficient.

Being able to add additional SMS template such as covid safe SMS, directions, etc.

I have two different locations for my practice and would like to customise text messages depending on which office clients are attending (one has reception and the other doesn't)

Adding practitioner names at the top on "week view" diary, this feature would make viewing week view appointments more clearer. it's too confusing not seeing the names at the top unless you know the order in which your practitioners run in via day view. This should be a standard feature..
