Specifying own shortcuts in clinical notes is great. Can you allow formatting in the shortcuts (e.g. seperate lines of text, bold text, coloured text etc.)?

would it be possible to compress large images once you have dropped them into the case notes.

We would love to have medical alerts so that it is visible on top of their file all the time rather than just setting it as a reminder to only pop up when the clients file is open. Below is a photo attached for reference. The medical alerts are in red up top.

Summary: Ability to search all existing cases notes for all clients for specific word/words. Background: I use sterile instruments in my practice (as do all podiatrists), and as such I record the steriliser and batch numbers into individual clinical notes. I have been asked by my auditor the process I would go through to identify affected clients should specific batches of instruments were found to be incorrectly processed/faulty manufacturing process/resistant microorganisms. This may be needed for contacting the clients by myself or the public health authority to arrange for screening and/pr prophylaxis. Current practice: I have to enter each client's notes history and use the browser search function to find the batch number Suggestion: A function to search all clinical notes for a specific string. Preference is for the search to return a link to the patient file(s), though a reporting function may also be acceptable to manually access each file

As a mental health practice the inclusion of K-10, EPDS or DASS questionnaires to COREPLUS questionnaires would save a lot of time and keep our reports more up to date.

Currently when notes are finalised, they just become date stamped and appear in a long list which is hard to navigate. It would be great to have the case notes linked to the actual appointment that they're for, and then rather than having to scroll through all notes if you're trying to find an old one, you could search for the specific date of the appointment and have the note appear.

It would be great to be able enter client name and date of birth, etc into the clinic notes via data insert. For example, I have to exit clinical notes to find the client's date of birth and then return to the clinical notes page and manually type this in. This is prone to error. Alternatively, the information could be set as an automatic feature of all clinical notes.

I would like to be able to add more snapform field mapping options. Most obvious is GP information as this is the most time consuming step but with snapform field mapping could automatically add it when the patient completes their intake form.

Hi, I know you cannot delete a note, however, can we please have an option to strike through an incorrect entry and title it with 'missing info' or 'incorrect client' etc. This way you can technically still read the entry but it is very clear it is an error.

It would be most helpful if clinical notes could be 'searched' by user name or even year and segregate case notes accordingly. In the instance where there are multiple allied health or years of clinical therapy it takes a long time scrolling through all the history. Thank you!
