I would like to have a find/search option on the case note history so that I could locate specific aspects of the progress notes easily. (Currently I print the notes to PDF and use a search bar in that program to do this).

It would be most helpful if clinical notes could be 'searched' by user name or even year and segregate case notes accordingly. In the instance where there are multiple allied health or years of clinical therapy it takes a long time scrolling through all the history. Thank you!

Hi, I know you cannot delete a note, however, can we please have an option to strike through an incorrect entry and title it with 'missing info' or 'incorrect client' etc. This way you can technically still read the entry but it is very clear it is an error.

Having the clinical notes not jump to the top everytime it autosaves would be great. I cannot use the clinical notes to write my notes because of this. I have to use whatever word processor the computer has and then cut and paste them in.... which really sucks as the format of what I am cutting and pasting is never kept (eg. if I have things in red or blue they only transfer in black).

As a speech pathology practice, we frequently need to use IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet), for both case notes and reporting. I have tried cutting & pasting from an online IPA keyboard but the font corrupts when saved. It would be great to have access to IPA within coreplus.

In the clinical section a place to put allergies and alerts would be very helpful. Also a little flag that appears on the appointment in the calendar and the day summary would be excellent. At present the only place to put this information is in reminders which is more an administrative function than a clinical one.

I'd love to be able to handwrite my client notes directly into coreplus on my ipad. Some other softwares have this and wondering if it could be included with Coreplus.

Is it possible to view different parts of a client's file in another window or tab without leaving the case notes? At the moment this can be done with the calendar, it would be useful to be able to open overview, admin notes, and files as well, even if it is just one at a time.

Hi, Any chance there can be a feature where I can see unsaved clinical notes that have autosaved by another user?

I would like to be able to add more snapform field mapping options. Most obvious is GP information as this is the most time consuming step but with snapform field mapping could automatically add it when the patient completes their intake form.
