Can we please have spaces between mobile numbers 1234 123 123
Can we please have gaps in between the mobile numbers as above. It's really hard when making a lot of calls to confirm appointments. Thank you.

Ability to mark existing clients as family members of another existing client.
Ability to mark existing clients as family members of another existing client, this would prevent the need to create both a client and then add the same information as a family member.

NDIS COS information
Could we please include a section within NDIS plan details or perhaps a new section in contacts that relates to NDIS to be able to include NDIS specific contacts such as COS - Support Coordinator (business name, phone and email). This is essential information for all NDIS participants.

For HSP Clients, we need to view claim history in order to know what can be claimed for client appointments. It would be great to have a section to add this information to especially if a client has been relocated to our clinic. To have one location that can view entire claim history including date of service + the type of service i.e 800 return hearing assessment on XX/XX/XXXX

Space with Phone Numbers
I find the phone numbers for clients quite hard to read when needing to call. The font is quite small and there is no spacing. As far as I know a generic/automatic spacing would look something like this: 02 4945 2223 or for a mobile xxxx xxx xxx. This would be an enormous help if it wasn't too hard to implement.

Improving flow
Certainly agree with other posts regarding adding the area to include referral details when adding a new client instead of going back and inserting. Also Automated SMS reminder to the patient for expiring referrals.

It would be very helpful to Speech Paths if the symbol set could be increased to include the IPA symbols.

Check medicare details for claimant
When submitting a child patient claim, we need to add a parent/carer as the claimant. Is there any way we can add a feature to check their medicare card details before submitting claim?

Add blank field into NDIS box for contacts, etc
Need a blank field in NDIS section to allow for documenting hours used, contacts, etc.

Linking client billing type and appointment type
Hi Team, It would be an invaluable tool that if a client "group" eg. DVA/WorkCover etc is selected in the client details/referrer's section, that this translates to the appointment type when that client is later booked in for an appointment.
