Hi,

It would be great to have a feature in the calendar section to highlight when a client is waiting to be seen. I know that currently, we are able to send a message to the practitioner saying the patient has attended. I believe it could be better and more effective if the colour of the appointment box in calendar changes when the client is waiting. So, instead of trying to scroll up through messages to see who is here, we can just look at the calendar and see the changed colour. thanks

Would be great if there was a different colour or side-bar colour that changed when a patient has been marked as arrived so practitioners know when they have the appointment book tab open.

Yes I agree that a better way of alerting is desporatley needed. If you have the calendar view in one tab and the dsshboard/ patient file on another and the calendar is your main view , you don't see the message, so the alert is lost.

Also, can an option of a sound, (like a ding) be attached to the message like Cliniko so

Hi,Thanks for your suggestion. We are planning a major overhaul of the Calendar in 2018 and this is certainly something that we intend looking into. Perhaps a workflow that sent the Instant Message and then flagged the appointment with an icon that represents a client in the waiting area?
