I suggest you use the first three variants of the image below.

A few years ago, I used another system that used "he/she/they", "him/her/them", and "his/her/their" as the field titles.

As a native speaker of English with NO understanding of grammatical rules, I found this helpful when identifying which variant to use.

Hi Paul.Thank you for the suggestion. We can certainly look into adding a field on the client details page which will allow you to record the client's pronoun. Once we have a spot to record this, it can be easily used as an option in the insert information tab.Thanks,Andreas
