We would like to be able to bulk SMS a client group that is not attached to any appointment

Right now SMS sent via Dashboard > Communications > Send SMS don't show up in admin notes. The user would like to be able to see them in there.

Improve workflow by allowing user to mark a task as done without opening the note.

Hello, could we please have an "other" option in the drop down window for type of note for posting and general notes.

If a client's mobile phone number is changed on their file, their SMS appointment reminders are still sent to the old number for appointments that were made before the new phone number was added. At the moment, the mobile phone number needs to be manually changed for each existing appointment. Can the new phone number be automatically substituted please?

Currently, we can only send one attachment per email from within coreplus, for files that we have uploaded into clients or personal/shared files. It would great in the 'Send email' function, to be able to attach multiple files rather than select these from our desktop as well as select multiple uploaded attachments and right click 'email' that way as well.
