search function purchases

searching for an old entry is extremely difficult. It would be handy if one could search in date order at least. Can't always find something even when you type correct words in.

Hi Carrie,
I believe that what you're describing may be related to when multiple purchases have the same 'Item' or 'Category'.
Your suggestion to have the columns filter by date or alphabetical order could be useful.
We will be sure to keep you updated once any progress is made on this item, however, at this stage we do not have a defined timeline.

Hi Carrie,
Thanks for your idea.
Would you be happy to provide some more detail or an example on the type of data you'd be searching for and which search field you are using to search for it.
Did you know that you can use the Global Search field (pictured below) to search for items such as invoice IDs and Client Reference Numbers?

Yes Hi. When looking through purchases, it's very hard to navigate. Eg., if I type in coreplus, more items than coreplus will come up. And things don't come up in date order either. It's very frustrating when I'm trying to see if I've entered something before and it can take a lot of scrolling to work it out.
