Past appt scroll bar fix

In past appts, we need to scroll all the way to the bottom of page to move the bar sideways. Could there be a bar inserted at the top of the past appts page also to negate this?

We have reviewed this internally and whilst we recognise its potential as a great enhancement to coreplus, it is something we see forming as part of a larger update to coreplus in the near future.
