When you have the list up of inactive clients whose last appointment was over 90 days ago enable selection all files to be changed from Current to closed.

I am currently going through over 3000 files and changing them one at a time. It is very time consuming and shouldn't be like this. Other medical software enables you to select patients/clients not seen in a date range and make them all inactive at the push of a button.
