I need to be able to generate a quotation for client services, many external organisations including Government Departments. Once approval is given on the quote we can commence service.

Hi there, would like to know when Quotes would be implemented? (due for release early-mid 2018?)

I thought there could be a section similar to Referral details to keep track of approved services also. If we could upload a service agreement/work comp quote, and allocate to that document in the Invoice section approved services/budget.This will let us know how many things are left to claim/what we can book a patient in for, without needing to check notes/documents repeatedly, and counting how many services have already been had. I could be automatically processed in the system.

This would be great if it was even an option that allows you generate a quote from within the invoice and saved as a pending instead of locking it in as an outstanding invoice.

Hi Jodi,Quoting is definitively on the coreplus roadmap as part of a major re-write of the financial components of coreplus which is underway and due for release early-mid 2018. Currently there is not a method to integrate with the NDIS for payments however we are working closely with government to monitor availability for vendors to connect. Currently we have been working on a major upgrade to Secure Messaging enabling users to Send and Receive via the Argus, Healthlinks and Medical Objects services with no setup or annual fees. Also on the horizon is connectivity with My Health Record following deployment of the Secure Messaging Changes.

So the NDIS has now rolled out in Bundaberg and we are being asked to provide quotes. I am disappointed that our clinical team are unable to provide these and we now have to access another area of the organisation to produce quotes. This causes delays, is not time effective and as the finance department has no idea about the way our service works there is a lot of double handling.

Is this facility definetly going to be implemented as noted four months ago? And if so any idea where this is on your roadmap?
