Is there a possibility that when an appointment is Cancelled it still appears in the Calendar but viewed as a shaded colour or something? Currently they just disappear once cancelled. In our Practice our Clinicians need to see which clients have cancelled for external reporting. Halaxy and PowerDiary have this function !
