Dear coreplus,

As a coreplus user we would find it beneficial, that when cancelling an appointment and selecting 'cancelled by practitioner', that the appointment cancellation rule will not apply.

Furthermore, if it is possible to arrange a no show rule as well as a cancellation rule, so that we can keep reports separate.
