Can you please include the plan management type (Self, Plan, Agency) in the NDIS section of the client overview panel

It would be so helpful for referrals to be identified as EDP, Assessment, BA etc It is quite difficult when choosing a referral in the appointment/ invoicing to identify which one is to be used. Medicare are not happy with adjustments!!!

For all admin work, if you hit space bar currently, after data entry, after entering a name, Medicare claims will reject the claim, and Coreplus will not search for the name. Can this issue please be fixed so having a space bar at the end of a name doesnt cause errors and more work as searching for the error that isnt really an error

When updating a client's address - the address of family members does not automatically update. When you have ticked the box to say same as the client, it should automatically insert an updated contact address. At the moment, if I have to change a patient's address, I have to then go into the mother and then the father to update the parent address. I"m sure this is an easy fix and would rectify what is a fiddly time wasting exercise. It would also be a great improvement if parent contact details could be contained within the same screen as the main client - being a paediatric practice, this is essential information and currently quite fiddly to manouvre in and out of all the time. I realise this may not necessarily the case with the majority of users, but would certain benefit us!

Can you adding a field to CorePlus where we can add a patient’s COVID vaccine status? Ideally it should be in Details so that it can be added when a new patient is being booked in via the Calendar.

It would be great if order of field was FIRST NAME...SURNAME, in order to be consistent with creating the CLIENT which is in that order. Why is family contact reversed as SURNAME...FIRST NAME.

We have an increasing number of clients with the exact first and last name so the option to add a middle name would really help to reduce errors when making appointments or adding client information.

Presently in the multi disciplinary practice setup, on the overview widow of a client, the Referrer's name does not appear with the title (Dr, Prof, Acs Prof etc); it would be good and will look professional for it to appear with the title.
