Hi there Brianna,
While there is currently not a specific report for deleted invoices, have you tried using the Client Events report under the Event/SMS report category?
This report allows you to select 'Invoice' as an filter for Events, and once once generated you should be able to see all deleted invoices in the given date range.
Using the search function in your browser for 'deleted' can help you quickly identify these in the report results.
