We include TeleHealth link details in our standard reminder email (because CorePlus offers no other mechanism to do this automatically).
Some of our Appointment Types are now not TeleHealth ... however there is only one type of reminder email that we can format and send out.
Based in this limitation in CorePlus, our Clients receive TeleHealth links even if they don't have a TeleHealth appointment of we don't forget to turn off the reminders.
It would be perfect if we could have Reminder email template for each Appointment Type OR some way to include conditional text in the reminder email.
