Male/Female/Other just don't cut it anymore! we need more options so we don't seem rude if we address someone by their wrong gender/pronouns because there aren't any places (aside from notes which is easily missed) to put this information!

You need to provide an empty text box so individuals can self-identify gender, what you have done is known as othering and shows a complete disrespect for Trans, non-binary and diverse gender and intersex individuals. Great to see pronouns added but it doesn't go far enough.

Carolyn Rogers: Hi Carolyn,
Thanks very much for your feedback. Myself and the Product Team would like the opportunity to discuss this further via a phone call.
I am able to email you directly and organise a time?
Thank you, looking forward to your response.

Hi Everyone,
We have now included fields for Pronouns and Culture in client details, and expanded the Gender field to allow custom text. This information will be visible on the Overview page once entered.

Please can you add alternative fields so that LGBQI clients can identify themselves clearly and so that practitioners know how to address them. This will help engagement.
