Hi.
Quite often our Admin staff are making Admin Notes while on the phone to a client... and needing to update their Client Details (e.g. Medicare Number, email, even Credit Card details etc...)
I would imagine this is a common workflow.
Is there a better workflow solution where they can make the Admin Note and update the client details simultaneously?
e.g. make the Admin Note optionally pop-out or open in a new tab (at least).
