For HSP Clients, we need to view claim history in order to know what can be claimed for client appointments. It would be great to have a section to add this information to especially if a client has been relocated to our clinic. To have one location that can view entire claim history including date of service + the type of service i.e 800 return hearing assessment on XX/XX/XXXX
