The official government guidelines on the recognition of Sex and Gender for Non-binary, Gender diverse, Gender queer, pan-Gendered, Androgynous and inter-Gender is "Indeterminate".
We would be able to add an additional option to the Gender Drop down-list in the Client Record, would the preference be to have the official term "Indeterminate" or "Other" as requested here?

Matthew O'Carroll: Hi, thanks for the reply. Either way it would be great if you could include a second text box for details so we can record pronouns / gender information.
I believe that you might have been referencing this document. If not, it could be useful. https://www.ag.gov.au/Publications/Pages/AustralianGovernmentGuidelinesontheRecognitionofSexandGender.aspx
Thanks again!

Yes, that's correct. I found it to be a pretty comprehensive resource.
Adding additional fields for free-text gender related information will add quite a bit of additional scope to this request.
In terms of noting pronouns and additional gender information, is this something that you could note within the 'Notes 1' or 'Notes 2' fields in the Overview of the client record?

This would be great. Something that alerted to preferred pronoun would also be very useful
